Please note: Your order will arrive in two separate deliveries — one containing your curtains and the other containing your tracks and hardware. These may arrive on different days, and separate tracking details will be provided for each shipment.

As each piece is custom-made to your exact measurements and specifications, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

To keep your curtains looking beautiful, gently remove dust using a soft brush or vacuum on a low setting, where suitable for the fabric.

For creases, a handheld steamer may be used where permitted by the fabric's care instructions. Always refer to the specific care recommendations for your chosen fabric.
